We require a 50% deposit at the Meet & Greet to secure your reservation. This deposit is refundable per the guidelines of our cancellation policy. The reservation balance is due at the beginning of services to ensure that our team members get paid in a timely manner. We accept all forms of payment, including all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and electronic transfer. Your payment for services will be reflected within the pet sitting software system.
