We are flexible with cancellations because we know that life happens, and things come up.   

However, please be aware of our cancellation guidelines below:

• If services are cancelled after 3 pm the day before the service occurs, a fee of 25% of that day's visit(s) be applied.
• If services are cancelled on the same day, before the visit occurs, a fee of 50% of that day's visit(s) will be applied. 
• If the pet sitter shows up and the visit is then cancelled, the client is responsible for 100% of the service fee. 
• If services are cancelled within 2 weeks of a major holiday, a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.

We require a 50% deposit at the Meet & Greet to secure your reservation. This deposit is refundable per the guidelines of our cancellation policy. The reservation balance is due at the beginning of services to ensure that our team members get paid in a timely manner. We accept all forms of payment, including all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo and electronic transfer. Your payment for services will be reflected within the pet sitting software system.

Our pet sitting insurance policies covers the following areas:

• General Liability Insurance: This is the coverage that protects us from third-party claims of bodily injury or property damage. For instance, if a pet sitter damages your property during an assignment, this releases you from liability.  
• Professional Liability Insurance: As Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, this protects us in case a client claims that we were negligent in our services, such as not administering a pet’s medication correctly, leading to the pet’s harm.
• Care, Custody, and Control Coverage: This provides protection in case a pet is injured, lost, or even dies while under our care. This coverage is specific to the pets we are looking after, ensuring that any medical expenses or other damages related to the pets are covered.
• Animal Bailee Coverage: Similar to care, custody, and control, this coverage protects us when we have pets temporarily in our care, custody, or control. It covers damages or injuries to any animals while they are in our care.
• Property Damage Insurance: This coverage protects against damage to the client's property and home while pet sitting.
